All web hosting packages are purchased for a period of one year. Two months before your hosting is due for renewal we send out a renewal notice e-mail to the address in your Telivo account. The e-mail includes details on how to renew your hosting.
We then send further e-mails out to the e-mail address in your Telivo account and a carbon copy (CC) to webmaster@yourdomain.com at the following intervals:
