What do I do if I forget my username and password?

Telivo Account

If you have forgotten your Telivo account username/password they can be retrieved by clicking here, you will be asked to enter the email address you supplied when you created your Telivo account. Your login details will then be sent to that email address.

If you have forgotten your username/password and cannot retrieve it via our forgotten username/password area then you have two choices:

  1. Call a member of the support team on 0870 0116204 and confirm some security questions.
  2. Fax a signed and dated request on company/personal headed paper to 0870 011 6205. Please supply a valid email address that you currently have access to. If we are satisfied with the validity of your request we will send your Telivo account login details to the email address supplied.

Web Hosting

If you have forgetten your web hosting username/password FTP details you can request that they are resent via the control panel. Once you have logged in simply select 'Re-Send Hosting Set-Up E-Mail' from the drop down menu next to your hosted domain and click go. This will resend the hosting set-up email to the email address on your Telivo account.
