All domains can be transferred/re-delegated free of charge using the Control Panel. There you will find step by step instructions for modifying Nameservers and releasing your domain name to a different IPS Tag (.UK only).
The Nameserver re-delegation and IPS Tag change requests are processed in real-time. However, Caching Nameservers and the frequency at which the relevant registry Database re-loads means that the changes may take upto 24hrs to fully resolve.
