If you can still see the Telivo page then this means one of two things:
1) Your main page might not be called index.htm or .html. If it isnt then you will need to rename it to this for your site to be viewed proPERLy.
2) Sometimes the FTP software you use can upload the files into a 'sub-folder'. This means that all files are not present in the root folder. You would need to make sure that all files are uploaded into the 'web' folder.
