The Telivo system uses a selection of different passwords for different things. The two most important types of username and password are: your telivo account username and password, and your hosting username and password.
The telivo account username and password is used for domain management and purchasing new domains/hosting plans. The hosting username and password is used for accessing the siteadmin control panel, and for uploading files to your web space.
Telivo Account Password
If you have lost your telivo account username/password you can use the forgotten username/password link on the login prompt to retrieve it. Simply go to www.telivo.com/login.cgi and click on the forgotten username/password link. This will email the correct username/password to your the email address on your profile.
Hosting Password
You can tell the telivo system to resend your hosting setup mail, with your hosting username and password in it, by logging into the control panel, choosing the "Re-Send Hosting Email" option and clicking "Go".
