The registration process is almost instant. Once you have completed the payment phase the registration request is processed. Two e-mails are sent, the first thanking you for placing an order with telivo. The second tells you if your registration has been successful.
It can take up to 24hrs for the WhoIs Database to update. If you register a domain and then do a WhoIs search for it straight away it will appear to be available. Once you have received the confirmation e-mail you know that the domain name has been succssfully registered.
