Custom monitoring software monitors all vital web ports and network services (SMTP, POP3, HTTP, NNTP, PING, etc.) to ensure minimal loss of connectivity or data. We also monitor the individual server resources (processor load, disk usage, etc.) which allows us to investigate heavy use of resources (e.g. processor load) as soon as they becomes an issue.
