Auto responders

An Auto responder is a message that is instantly sent to anybody that sends an email to a Mailbox that has its Auto responder activated. This happens before you even pick the email up from your Mailbox.

You are able activate the Auto responder and set the Subject and Body of the response email that is sent back by using the 'Edit' option for an existing POP3 Mailbox.

Please Note

An auto response message will be sent out to a maximum of one per senders email address. If the Subject is left blank then a default subject of "Auto Reply" is used.

Most Common Use

This facility is useful if you are unable to read your email, or want to send an automatic response message to the sender e.g. you have gone away on holiday or are out of the office.
