Setting up an Account

To configure your email account for Microsoft Entourage open up the program and follow the steps below:

To configure your e-mail account in MS Entourage

  1. 1. click on Tools and choose Accounts.

  2. 2. In the Accounts window, select the Mail tab and click New.

  3. 3.In the New Account window make sure that POP is selected from the dropdown menu.

  4. 4. Click OK to continue.

  5. 5. Complete the following fields:
    In the Account ID type in your Username (this is usually your emaill address).
    In the POP Server field enter mail.yourdomain.com
    In the SMTP Server field enter mail. followed by your domain name excluding the www. (mail.yourdomain.com).

  6. 6. Click OK to complete
